The atmospheric pressure adsorption desorption process (PSA) oxygen equipment, namely through atmospheric pressure (3barg) under the condition of using PSA special molecular impurity selective adsorption in the air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water, thus producing high purity oxygen cycle (90-93%), product gas pressure is about 2barg. Process description raw air suction inlet filter to get rid of the dust particles, into the air compressor is pressurized to 3~4barg one adsorber. The adsorber filled adsorbent, including water, carbon dioxide, and small amounts of other gas components in the adsorber entrance by adsorption of activated alumina filled at the bottom, then the nitrogen is adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve loading on activated alumina upper.
